The overall aluminum profile structure provides a modular, fully flexible and open design system to learn the basic principles of process automation through experiments. Accessory components are pre-installed on the panel. The base module provides an extensive framework for the fast and safe installation required for various experiments. It includes a water tank and a pump, a power supply switch cabinet, and connection, maintenance units, and a pressure regulator for external compressed air supply.
Connecting measurement and control cables and process lines, as well as connecting to the power supply, constitute the key elements of the exercise program. In addition to the pure system technology learning content involved, the key link of the teaching goal is to plan, modify, test, debug and optimize in advance.
It can complete the control of four process variables of temperature, liquid level, pressure and flow, and the process control system experiment of overall comprehensive variables, including:
